How long does it take for you to pick-up, process and return an image request?

As a health-care professional, you need things immediately. We have eliminated the pick-up and delivery hassle. You simply e-mail your image and request, we work it up to your desired specifications and we e-mail it back to you directly. Processing times are dependant upon the request. What are your guidelines on patient information/confidentiality? 

First, do no harm. We understand that patient privacy is a priority. Your original image is e-mailed back to you with the newly enhanced image. We do not keep copies on hand for anyone. Our promotional images are used only after the patient and their health-care professional have granted permission. Our computer file resources are cleansed of their history, back-ups and temporary internet files every hour.

What if I am not satisfied with your services?

We only alter or enhance an image to your specifications. If there is a reason you are not satisfied with our services, you will not be charged for our services.

How long does it take to alter/enhance an image?

Dependant upon your request, image enhancement takes 1-3 hours. We do have priority rates for rapid response situations as they arise.
